The award-winning dev partner to over 100 agencies, startups & SMEs

Question 1

What does Che IT do, and who do you work with?

Answer

The Che IT team builds websites, web apps, online portals, and sets up AI tools to reduce repetitive work and automate processes. If you need more support, our developers can work together with your team. We work with startups, small and mid-size businesses, large companies, and agencies (marketing, design, SEO). Since 2014, our Europe-based team of 80+ people has built projects of all sizes for clients globally.

Question 2

What’s the minimum project size, and how does payment work?

Answer

We don’t have a minimum project size, and we handle everything from small fixes to full platform builds.

Project ideas change as they grow, so we keep things flexible. We agree on the first steps and their cost, and if the plan changes, we’ll talk it over with you and update the budget before moving on.

For one-off projects, we ask for a partial prepayment, with the rest due upon delivery. For ongoing work, we invoice monthly. You can pay in USD or EUR, and we offer both hourly and fixed pricing.

Question 3

How quickly can you start, and how long does a project take?

Answer

We can get a team together and start on your project within 2 days. Typical timelines: a standard website takes 3 to 4 weeks, a first working version of a new product takes up to 5 weeks, and an automation setup takes about a week. Exact timing depends on what you need, and we confirm it in your estimate.

Here’s how it works: we learn what you need, give you a quote, bring in the right people, work in short phases with a demo after each one, and then hand everything over to you.

Question 4

Who owns the code, domains, and accounts when the project is done?

Answer

You do. Your code goes into your own storage (repository), and you control the domains, hosting, and tool accounts like Webflow and Make. You get the final code and files once the project is delivered and the final payment is made. For longer projects, we can also hand over each stage as it’s completed.

Throughout the project, we keep your information protected under the NDA and limit who has access.

Question 5

How does white label work? Will my client know about Che IT?

Answer

We work under your brand and only speak with your client if you ask us to. Before starting, we sign an NDA, and our team only gets access to what they need.

You receive all updates and reports, decide how to present our work and who joins client calls. For example, we can join as part of your team, using your agency’s name.

Question 6

How do you make sure my project keeps moving no matter what?

Answer

Our team is spread across several cities and offices in Europe, and most of us can work from anywhere. If one place runs into an issue, the rest keep things moving. Our code, files, and updates all live in shared online tools, so anyone on the team can pick up where someone else left off.

Each project has at least two people who know it well. If someone is sick, on vacation, or suddenly unavailable, another team member who already knows the project steps in within 24 hours. And if anything could affect your schedule, you’ll hear it from us first.

Question 7

How do you decide what to build my project with: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or something custom?

Answer

We choose technology that best fits your goal. For example, Webflow is great if you want to launch fast and make updates yourself, and WordPress works well for sites with lots of content and add-ons. For online stores, we usually recommend building on Shopify. For more advanced projects, we build custom solutions with Laravel or React.

Question 8

What happens after I send you a request?

Answer

We’ll reply within one business day. Then we’ll set up a 30-minute call with our CEO to hear more about what you need. After that, you’ll get a written estimate within two business days.
