

Creating a website for filmmakers is like trying to bottle lightning - the experience needs to move, breathe, and feel alive. The main challenge was translating Brother Film Co’s unmistakable creative identity and Peckham roots into an immersive digital format.
Animations had to support the story, not distract from it. Video content needed to load fast, despite being media-heavy. And the entire experience had to maintain the same emotional impact on desktop and mobile alike.

We analyzed how Brother Film Co approaches pacing, visual rhythm, and scene transitions in their work. The goal was to bring that same cinematic essence into the website.
We experimented with various GSAP techniques, tested heavy-video performance constraints across devices, and studied interactive storytelling patterns used by top-tier production studios.
Our key insight: the platform needed to function like an interactive short film, where every scroll, shift, and reveal becomes part of the narrative 🎬.
