The firm needed a website that felt reliable, authoritative, and easy to navigate - without unnecessary complexity. Their existing online presence didn’t support modern client expectations, especially when it came to scheduling consultations and presenting legal services clearly. The challenge was to craft a static, minimalist website while making it feel modern, structured, and trustworthy.
Another priority was ensuring that the firm could manage the website easily without technical expertise, while keeping the design aligned with their professional brand.
We analyzed typical user flows for legal service websites, focusing on how potential clients search for information, evaluate credibility, and book consultations. Simplicity emerged as the key - users expect clarity, structure, and fast access to essential actions.
Our research showed that legal websites must minimize distractions, present expertise clearly, and offer intuitive ways to contact the firm. We also evaluated technical constraints and opportunities for lightweight automation to improve client communication.
This led to a strategy centered on clean UI, frictionless scheduling, and a CMS setup that ensures long-term independence for the client.
Our team was tasked with delivering a seamless blend of design and functionality. We began by presenting five distinct design concepts, giving the client the opportunity to choose the one that best represented their brand. This collaborative approach ensured that the final design reflected their professional identity.
Once the design was finalized, we focused on developing the website using WordPress. A key feature was the integration of the Calendly plugin, allowing clients to easily schedule consultations. The simplicity of the static website design allowed for an efficient user experience while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.
Though the website was static, the integration of the Calendly plugin automated the appointment scheduling process. This streamlined functionality resulted in more efficient client interactions. It ensured that the firm could manage its appointments seamlessly, without the need for manual input (order in the court – and the calendar! ⚖️).
We ensured that the site would be easy to maintain and scalable, allowing for future upgrades and enhancements as the firm's digital needs evolve. This project is another testament to our ability to deliver tailor-made web solutions that are always on time and in sync with client needs.
