To build a platform that feels premium, our team studied the workflows of established resale marketplaces, luxury e-commerce patterns, and Saclab’s internal selling process.
We learned that luxury users seek trust, fluid navigation, and clarity at every step. Sellers need fast product onboarding and transparent pricing workflows.
Using these insights, we designed a system where both sides - buyers & sellers - interact effortlessly while Saclab’s internal team manages the high-touch authentication and review process.

We didn't just create another e-commerce platform – we built a luxurious digital boutique that delivers results (and the numbers speak for themselves!). The platform started showing impressive growth after we launched our user-friendly site with its exclusive member area and seamless selling process.


As Saclab’s marketplace grew, the increasing number of products, orders, and customer interactions called for a more flexible and easy-to-use internal system.
Initially, most of the operational data was managed directly within WordPress and WooCommerce. This made it harder for non-technical team members to access information and slowed things down. To support continued growth, the next step was to rethink how data flows across the platform.
Our team solved this with a solid, bi-directional integration between WordPress/WooCommerce and Airtable, which turned it into Saclab’s central operational hub.
All key data, including products, orders, sellers, buyers, and statuses is now synchronized in real time between the website and Airtable. This lets the team manage the entire marketplace from one intuitive interface and keeps the frontend fully up to date.
From a technical point, we implemented custom API-based synchronization, supported by automation scripts, webhooks, and integrations with HubSpot and Gmail. This created a seamless data ecosystem where updates, communications, and workflows happen automatically across systems.
On the process side, this change brought for Saclab less reliance on the website admin panel, non-technical team members can handle operations on their own, faster, clearer product onboarding, order tracking, and client communication.
With Airtable as a fully integrated CRM layer, Saclab gained the flexibility to scale its marketplace without losing its premium experience.
