- Software testing experience;

- Software testing experience within WordPress;

- Strong theoretical knowledge base in software testing;

- Practical experience in testing of web-based applications and/or WordPress solutions;

- Experience with requirements testing and analysis;

- Experience in creation test cases using different test design techniques;

- Experience in test execution on desktop, mobile and tablet environments and reporting of test results;

- Experience with bug tracking systems, as well as with bug reports creation and verification;

- Understanding of test management, risk, change and scope management principles of complex projects;

- Experience with technical interviews conducting;

- (Upper-)Intermediate spoken and written English;

- Multi-tasking skills;

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS;

- Experience in 3rd party integration testing;

- Experience in the estimation of separate feature / own tasks.

‍- Team management;

- Elaborate test strategy, overall test approach, and test plans across various teams;

- Help the different units to identify testing needs (within functions, cross-functional);

- Review resource allocation of the different units involved and ensure timely availability of test environments;

- Coordinate all testing activities (IT integration testing, user acceptance testing).

- Experience in team leadership and team management;

- Experience in performance/load, and security testing;

- Experience with coaching and mentoring;

- Experience in different testing tools (POSTman, jMeter, etc.);

- Experience working in geographically distributed teams;

- Experience in Jira and Confluence systems;

- Experience in the estimation of testing projects;

- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
