In order to boost the project's success, the team is actively searching for a Support Specialist (1st Level)

requirements
  • German proficiency at B2-C1 level;
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English;
  • Preferred background in QA or other technical fields;
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
  • Previous support experience is a plus.
key responsibilities
  • Provide timely support to users of the internal system, resolving their questions and issues promptly;
  • Analyze the business logic of the system and promptly inform the team of any technical issues;
  • Communicate with clients via video calls;
  • Provide support to external users of the system (candidates and companies).
